  1. 你們有門市嗎?
    我們會不定期參與本地市集,請留意我們的社交媒體帳號。此外亦有部份商品在佐敦突破書廊及錦田紅磚屋查篤撐合作社寄售。

  2. 你們的商品是否有現貨?
    凡於網店顯示有庫存的商品均有現貨供應,缺貨商品並不能加進購物車或下單訂購。

  3. 你們的配送標準是?
    我們會於收到款項後的一個工作天內確認訂單,並在訂單確認後兩個工作天內發貨。

  4. 你們的退貨標準是?
    假若貨品在運送途中破損,煩請拍照傳送給我們,以安排補寄或退款。

  5. 你們接受那些付款方式?
    轉數快及八達通。

  6. 你們提供那些送貨方式?
  7. 你們會否發貨至香港以外的地區?
    我們可發貨至澳門、台灣、中國大陸及其它東亞和東南亞國家,詳情請聯絡查詢。

  1. Can I view the items in person?
    We occasionally participate in local pop-ups, please stay updated by following us on social media. Some of our items are also available at Breakthrough Jordan and Kam Tin ChaDukChang.

  2. Are your items readily available?
    All items listed as in stock are ready for purchase. Out of stock items cannot be added to the cart nor ordered.

  3. How long does it take to ship an order?
    Once payment is received, your order will be confirmed in 1 working day. The merchandise will be dispatched within 2 working days after order confirmation.

  4. What is your return policy?
    If the merchandise is damaged during transport, please send us photos to arrange for a replacement or refund.

  5. What kind of payment do you accept?
    We accept FPS and Octopus payments.

  6. How can I receive the merchandise?
    • Hongkong Post – Pick-up at iPostal Stations
    • SF Express – Delivery or pick-up at Service Points

  7. Can you ship outside of Hong Kong?
    We can ship to Macau, Taiwan, mainland China, and other East Asian or Southeast Asian countries. Contact us for further details on international shipping.
